Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened, non-regulated items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Refunds are typically processed within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This timeframe includes:

  • Transit time for the return shipment (5–10 business days)

  • Processing time once we receive the return (3–5 business days)

  • Time for your bank to process the refund (5–10 business days)

Firearms & Regulated Items – Returns

Due to federal and state regulations, firearms and other regulated items are generally non-returnable once transferred. If a firearm arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately before the transfer is completed at the FFL dealer.

To initiate a return for any eligible item, please Contact Us with your order number and product details. We will respond promptly with return instructions.

Shipping Policy

We can ship to most addresses within the United States; however, restrictions apply to certain products, including firearms, ammunition, magazines, and accessories. Some products cannot be shipped to certain states or jurisdictions due to local laws.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on item availability and your selected shipping method. Shipping estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page depending on the carrier.

Shipping rates for many items are weight-based. All weights are rounded up to the next full pound in accordance with carrier policies.

Firearms Shipping & FFL Requirements

  • All firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer.

  • Firearms cannot be shipped directly to a residential address.

  • The customer is responsible for selecting a valid FFL dealer and ensuring the dealer can legally receive the firearm.

  • We must receive a copy of the FFL dealer’s license before shipment. Orders will not ship until the FFL is verified.

State & Local Restrictions

Firearm laws vary by state and locality. Some firearms, magazines, or accessories may be restricted or prohibited in certain areas. It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Know and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws

  • Ensure the selected firearm or product is legal in their jurisdiction

Orders placed for items that are restricted in the customer’s state may be canceled or modified at our discretion.

Ammunition & Accessories

  • Ammunition shipments may be restricted by state or local law.

  • Certain accessories and magazines may be limited based on capacity or configuration.

  • No international shipping is available for firearms, ammunition, or regulated items.
